Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. Employers represent that they are authorized to act on behalf of their firm. Talent users represent that information in their profile and assessments is accurate to the best of their knowledge.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@debitchamp.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

Email verification is required for password-based accounts. Google Sign-In users must complete role selection (talent or employer) before using role-specific features.

Talent: may create a profile, take assessments, earn a Pre-Vetted Badge, appear in employer search (subject to visibility settings), and communicate with employers. Assessments must be completed honestly without cheating, impersonation, or third-party assistance unless explicitly permitted.

Employers: may search pre-vetted talent, send messages, schedule interviews, and use subscription features according to their plan limits. Employers are solely responsible for hiring decisions, employment contracts, wages, taxes, and compliance with Pakistani labour and tax law.

Debitchamp is a marketplace platform, not an employer, recruiter of record, or guarantor of any hire. We do not guarantee that any user will find work or suitable candidates.

The Pre-Vetted Badge indicates that a talent user has completed our psychometric and skills assessments under our rules at the time of issuance. Badges may be revoked if we detect fraud, material misrepresentation, or policy violations. A badge is an informational signal, not a warranty of future performance or fitness for a particular role.

Employer paid plans, pricing, and feature limits are described on the platform and may change with notice. Fees are billed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; their terms may also apply.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in a promotion. You may cancel future billing according to instructions in your account settings.

Talent accounts are free unless we introduce optional paid features with clear disclosure.

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or discriminatory content
• Harass, threaten, or spam other users
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the Service without permission
• Circumvent subscription limits, assessment rules, or access controls
• Use the Service for illegal purposes or to solicit work outside the platform to avoid fees where prohibited
• Share another person's CNIC, passwords, or confidential employer data without authorization

You retain ownership of content you submit (profiles, messages, documents). You grant Debitchamp a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have the right to grant this licence.

The Debitchamp name, logo, software, assessments, and site design are owned by Debitchamp or its licensors. You may not copy or use them without written permission except as allowed by normal use of the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEBITCHAMP AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) PKR 15,000.

You agree to indemnify and hold Debitchamp harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, your hiring or employment practices, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, legal requirements, or operational reasons. Sections that by nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
